Information you provide

When you send a project inquiry, Ephyro collects the name, email address, company, phone number, service selection, and message you choose to provide. Please do not submit passwords, credentials, regulated records, or other sensitive information through the form.

How it is used

The information is used to review and respond to your inquiry, evaluate whether a project is a fit, maintain basic business records, and protect the form from abuse.

Service providers

Ephyro uses Cloudflare to process form requests, verify legitimate submissions, store lead records, and deliver an inquiry notification to Ephyro’s verified inbox. A private Discord channel may receive a notification containing only the inquiry reference, selected service, and submission time—not the contact details or full message.

Retention and disclosure

Inquiry information is retained only as reasonably necessary for communication, business records, security, and legal obligations. Ephyro does not sell personal information. Information may be disclosed when required by law or when necessary to protect the service and its users.

Your choices

You may ask Ephyro to correct or delete inquiry information, subject to applicable recordkeeping obligations, by emailing sales@ephyro.com.
